Abstract

Ujawniono sposób wytwarzania skonsolidowanych agrokompozytów granulowanych polegający na tym, że pozostałości po procesach technologicznych obróbki wełny owczej, korzystnie w postaci kurzu wełnianego miesza się z suszem roślin bobowatych, a następnie otrzymaną mieszaninę poddaje się nawilżaniu i granulacji. Kurz z wełny owczej w ilości od 0,5 części wagowych do 1,5 części wagowych miesza się z suszem roślin bobowatych w ilości od 4 części wagowych do 6 części wagowych. Uzyskaną mieszaninę nawilża się przed granulowaniem do stopnia wilgotności od 30% do 40% i tak uzyskaną mieszaninę poddaje się procesowi granulacji. Stosuje się kurz wełniany z uwagi na najmniejszą długość włókienek w stosunku do innych rodzajów odpadów wełnianych. Susz roślin bobowatych ma postać rozdrobnioną na sicie o średnicy oczek od 3 do 7 mm.A method of producing consolidated granular agrocomposites has been disclosed, consisting in the fact that residues from sheep wool technological processes, preferably in the form of wool dust, are mixed with dried bean plants, and then the resulting mixture is subjected to moisturizing and granulation. Dust from sheep wool in an amount of 0.5 parts by weight to 1.5 parts by weight is mixed with dried bean plants in an amount of 4 parts by weight to 6 parts by weight. The resulting mixture is moistened prior to granulation to a moisture content of 30% to 40% and the mixture thus obtained is subjected to a granulation process. Wool dust is used due to the shortest length of fibrils compared to other types of wool waste. Dried bean plants are ground in a sieve with a mesh diameter of 3 to 7 mm.
