Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania 5-alkilosalicylaldoksymów o wzorze 1, w którym R oznacza grupę alkilową C6-C16, polega na tym, że do układu rozpuszczalników woda - alkohol wprowadza się p-alkilofenol, wodorotlenek sodu, chloroform i hydroksylaminę, przy czym w odniesieniu do użytego alkilofenolu, stosuje się wodorotlenek sodu i chloroform w ilości od stechiometrycznej do 100% nadmiaru oraz hydroksyloaminę w ilości od stechiometrycznej do 60% nadmiaru i prowadzi się reakcję w temperaturze 60 - 75°C przez 1,5 - 4 h. Następnie w temperaturze 20 - 30°C, mieszaninę poreakcyjną zakwasza się do uzyskania pH fazy wodnej ? 7.0 oddestylowuje się azeotrop alkohol-woda z domieszką nieprzereagowanego chloroformu. Pozostałość miesza się z obojętnym rozpuszczalnikiem węglowodorowym C5-C10, rozdziela się warstwy i z fazy organicznej oddestylowuje rozpuszczalnik.
