Abstract

Sposób sterylizacji mikrofalowej mediów płynnych charakteryzuje się tym, że na etapie chłodzenia obniża się ciśnienie w komorze procesowej z kontrolowaną prędkością, zapewniającą utrzymywanie płynnego medium w stanie ciągłego wrzenia i parowania bez kipienia aż do osiągnięcia ciśnienia otoczenia. W układzie szczelna ciśnieniowa komora procesowa (1) połączona jest falowodem (3) ze źródłem energii mikrofalowej (4), jej wnętrze połączone jest poprzez przetwornik ciśnienia (5) z kompresorem (6), a także z regulacyjnym zaworem upustowym (7) oraz zaworem bezpieczeństwa (8). Wyjście przetwornika ciśnienia (5) połączone jest z wejściem bloku sterowania (9), zaopatrzonego w oprogramowany procesor i połączonego z modułem wprowadzania danych (10), a wyjścia bloku sterowania (9) połączone są z kompresorem (6) i z regulacyjnym zaworem upustowym (7).
