Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania kompozytu na bazie granulatów gumowych o założonej sztywności, przeznaczonych szczególnie do wibroizolacji dróg szynowych i kołowych. Sposób polega na tym, że miesza się od 0 do 90 części wagowych granulatu z opon, od 10 do 100 części wagowych granulatu z gumy miękkiej oraz od 5 do 20 części wagowych jednoskładnikowego spoiwa poliuretanowego. Następnie tak otrzymany kompozyt zaprasowuje się w temperaturze 120 - 200°C, pod ciśnieniem przynajmniej 3 atm., w czasie 20 - 45 minut.
