Abstract

Sposób glicerolizy odpadów poliuretanowych charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się środek glicerolizujący w postaci gliceryny odpadowej, korzystnie gliceryny stanowiącej produkt uboczny pochodzący z produkcji paliw biodiesel, który podgrzewa się, korzystnie do temperatury 160 - 220°C. Następnie do tak przygotowanego środka glicerolizującego, jednorazowo lub partiami, dodaje się odpady poliuretanowe w postaci poliuretanów spienionych lub elastomerów poliuretanowych zachowując stosunek wagowy odpadów poliuretanowych w stosunku do środka glicerolizującego od 1:1 do 10:1, korzystnie zachowując ciągły nadmiar odpadów poliuretanowych w stosunku do środka glicerolizującego. Proces glicerolizy prowadzi się w temperaturze od 150 do 290°C, korzystnie od 220°C do 240°C, pod ciśnieniem normalnym lub pod ciśnieniem podwyższonym do 1,0 atm, aż do całkowitego roztworzenia się odpadu poliuretanowego, po czym korzystnie otrzymany glicerolizat chłodzi się.
