Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania luminescencyjnych farb proszkowych oraz luminescencyjnych farb proszkowych odblaskowych na bazie żywicy poliestrowej lub poliuretanowej, epoksydowej lub poliestrowo-epoksydowe (mix) lub innych z dodatkiem upłynniającym oraz kulkami szklanymi refleksyjnymi i innymi polepszaczami materiału proszkowego z dodanym barwnikiem iluminacyjnym nadającym kolor bazowy farbie proszkowej oraz farby proszkowej bezbarwnej klarownej z udziałem luminoforu oraz ulepszających dodatków. Naniesiony suchy proszek farby na podłoże malarskie natryskiem z zastosowaniem ładunku elektrostatycznego zostaje poddany procesowi wypalania w określonej temperaturze. Jest widoczny w świetle dziennym jako kolor bazowy a w nocy wyświetlający się kolorem cząstek krzemianu luminoforu. W innym wykonaniu kolor farby proszkowej jest kolorem uzyskanym z zastosowaniem kulek szklanych refleksyjnych, barwy luminoforu z lepiszczem. Rozwiązanie doprowadziło do znacznie zwiększonej wartość reemisji luminancji powrotnej pochłoniętego światła dziennego z powierzchni wykonanej tym sposobem powłoki malarskiej i uzyskano dodatkowy efekt odblaskowo luminescencyjny. Uzyskano farbę proszkową do rozpylania jednej powłoki lub dwóch powłok w jednym procesie wykonania. Dostosowano farbę proszkową do aplikacji typu TRIBO i CORONA.A method of producing luminescent powder paints and luminescent reflective powder paints based on polyester or polyurethane, epoxy or polyester-epoxy resin (mix) or others with a liquefying additive and reflective glass balls and other powder material improvers with added illumination dye giving powder paint base color powder colorless clear with phosphor and improving additives. The dry paint powder applied to the painting base by spraying with an electrostatic charge is subjected to a firing process at a specified temperature. It is visible in daylight as the base color and at night displayed in the color of phosphor silicate particles. In another embodiment, the color of the powder paint is the color obtained using reflective glass balls, the color of phosphor with a binder. The solution led to a significantly increased re-luminance re-emission value of absorbed daylight from the surface of the paint coating made this way, and an additional reflective luminescent effect was obtained. A powder paint was obtained for spraying one coating or two coatings in one process. Powder paint has been adapted for TRIBO and CORONA applications.
