Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest materiał fosforescencyjny obejmujący cząstki fosforescencyjne zawierające co najmniej jeden metal ziem rzadkich, oraz chemoutwardzalne spoiwo organiczne. Wymieniony materiał obejmuje transparentną pierwszą warstwę poliasparagino-mocznikową oraz cząstki fosforescencyjne przylegające do wymienionej pierwszej warstwy, które to cząstki fosforescencyjne są pokryte drugą warstwą poliasparagino-mocznikową. Wynalazek dotyczy także sposobu wytwarzania materiału fosforescencyjnego obejmującego cząstki substancji fosforescencyjnej zawierającej co najmniej jeden metal ziem rzadkich, nanoszone wraz z chemoutwardzalnym spoiwem organicznym na podłoże, w którym na podłoże nośnikowe nakłada się transparentną pierwszą warstwę obejmującą żywicę poliasparaginową i poliizocyjanian alifatyczny ewentualnie z dodatkami reologicznymi, nanosi się cząstki fosforescencyjne, a następnie nakłada drugą warstwę obejmującą żywicę poliasparaginową i poliizocyjanian alifatyczny ewentualnie z dodatkami reologicznymi. Nadto wynalazek dotyczy zastosowania cząstek fosforescencyjnych aktywowanych magnetycznie przez zestawianie cząstek fosforescencyjnych z materiałem ferromagnetycznym będącym materiałem magnetycznie miękkim, do wytwarzania materiału fosforescencyjnego.The invention relates to a phosphorescent material comprising phosphorescent particles containing at least one rare earth metal and a chemically curable organic binder. Said material comprises a transparent first polyaspartic urea layer and phosphorescent particles adjacent to said first layer, which phosphorescent particles are covered with a second polyaspartic urea layer. The invention also relates to a method for the production of a phosphorescent material comprising particles of a phosphorescent substance containing at least one rare earth metal, applied together with a chemically cured organic binder on a substrate, in which a transparent first layer comprising a polyaspartic resin and an aliphatic polyisocyanate possibly with rheological additives is applied to the carrier substrate. the phosphorescent particles are applied, and then a second layer is applied comprising a polyaspartic resin and an aliphatic polyisocyanate optionally with rheological additives. Moreover, the invention relates to the use of magnetically activated phosphorescent particles by assembling the phosphorescent particles with a ferromagnetic material which is a soft magnet material to produce a phosphorescent material.
