Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat białkowy Colostrum Primum mający zastosowanie jako składnik suplementu diety. Preparat białkowy Colostrum Primum jest liofilizatem Colostrum bovinum w postaci sypkiego, drobnego, niejednolitego proszku, barwy żółtej o smaku charakterystycznym dla siary, zawartości wody do 4%, pH około 6,4, o wskaźniku rozpuszczalności wyrażonym ilością osadu nie więcej niż 0,25 cm3, ogólnej liczbie drobnoustrojów poniżej 300 tys. jkt/cm3 regenerowanego liofilizatu, bakteryjnie obojętnego. Sposób wytwarzania preparatu białkowego Colostrum Primum, polega na tym, że po pozyskaniu siary, jak najszybciej po wycieleniu, ale nie później jak dwie godziny od zakończenia porodu, przeprowadza się zdojenie pierwszych kropli siary do przedzdajacza i dokonuje oceny siary.
