Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do stabilizacji i zestalania pyłów, popiołów i odpadów stałych, powstających podczas spalania odpadów komunalnych, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera 8 - 15% wagowych preparatu kompozytowego, do którego bezpośrednio przed zadozowaniem dodaje się 1 - 2% wagowych aktywatora, 2 - 5% wagowych żywicy poliestrowej, do której dodaje się 0,04 - 1% substancji sieciującej, mieszaninę piasku i cementu w stosunku 2 : 1 ilości 75 - 90% wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób stabilizacji i zestalania pyłów, popiołów i odpadów stałych, powstających podczas spalania odpadów komunalnych z wykorzystaniem tej kompozycji.The subject of the application is a composition for the stabilization and solidification of dusts, ashes and solid waste arising from the combustion of municipal waste, characterized by the fact that it contains 8 - 15% by weight of the composite preparation, to which 1 - 2% by weight of activator is added immediately before dosing, 2 - 5% by weight of polyester resin, to which 0.04-1% of cross-linking substance, a mixture of sand and cement in a 2: 1 ratio of 75 - 90% by weight is added. The subject of the application is also a method of stabilizing and solidifying dusts, ashes and solid waste arising from the combustion of municipal waste using this composition.
