Abstract
Rozwiązanie dotyczy granulowanego nawozu wieloskładnikowego zawierającego dolomit i/lub węglany i tlenki wapnia lub magnezu oraz składniki pokarmowe roślin, zwłaszcza fosfor i potas, mikroelementy oraz składniki odżywcze dla roślin, przy czym, potas i fosfor pochodzą głównie z kwaśnego fosforanu potasu KH2PO4. Sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu wieloskładnikowego charakteryzuje się tym, że dolomit i/lub węglany i tlenki wapnia lub magnezu nasącza się wodnym roztworem kwaśnego fosforanu potasu KH2PO4 oraz substancji zawierających mikroelementy, intensywnie całość mieszając, następnie powstałą masę, uprzednio dosuszoną do wilgotności do 15% poddaje się procesowi granulacji przez ścieranie dodając do niej absorbent wilgotności, przy czym absorbent dodawany jest sukcesywnie do momentu uzyskania granulatu o wielkości granul od 1 do 8 mm i wilgotności poniżej 7%. Ujawniono również zastosowanie odpadowego kwaśnego fosforanu potasu (KH2PO4), powstającego podczas chemicznej utylizacji tzw. frakcji glicerynowej, która stanowi odpad poprodukcyjny w procesie wytwarzania biodiesla metylowego/etylowego i estrów etylowych wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych uzyskiwanych z oleju lnianego jako surowca, do produkcji granulowanego nawozu wieloskładnikowego.The solution applies to granular compound fertilizer containing dolomite and / or carbonates and calcium or magnesium oxides as well as plant nutrients, especially phosphorus and potassium, microelements and plant nutrients, with potassium and phosphorus mainly derived from acid potassium phosphate KH2PO4. The method of producing granular compound fertilizer is characterized by the fact that dolomite and / or carbonates and oxides of calcium or magnesium are soaked with an aqueous solution of KH2PO4 acid potassium phosphate and substances containing microelements, thoroughly mixing, then the resulting mass, previously dried to a moisture content of up to 15%, is subjected to the process of granulation by abrasion by adding a moisture absorbent to it, whereby the absorbent is successively added until granules with a size of 1 to 8 mm granules and humidity below 7% are obtained. Also disclosed is the use of waste acid potassium phosphate (KH2PO4), arising during the chemical utilization of the so-called glycerol fraction, which is post-production waste in the production of methyl / ethyl biodiesel and ethyl esters of higher fatty acids obtained from linseed oil as a raw material, for the production of granular compound fertilizer.
