Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania nawozów organiczno-mineralnych, z wykorzystaniem osadów ściekowych z mechaniczno-biologicznych oczyszczalni ścieków, który charakteryzuje się tym, że osady ściekowe pochodzące z mechaniczno-biologicznych oczyszczalni ścieków o zawartości suchej 25% miesza się z ubocznymi produktami spalania w stosunku wagowym 1:1, w przeliczeniu na suchą masę. Stosuje się osady ściekowe zawierające 7,65% N, 17,23% P2O5, 0,78% K2O. Stosuje się popioły powstałe po spaleniu słomy w kotłach fluidalnych o składzie 3,21% P2O5, 18,79% K2O. Stosuje się popioły powstałe po spaleniu drewna w kotłach fluidalnych o składzie 0,43% P2O5, 8,59% K2O. Stosuje się żużel po spaleniu osadów ściekowych, o frakcji poniżej 500 µm, o składzie 29,86% P2O5, 31,70% K2O. Do mieszaniny osadów ściekowych i żużla dodaje się 10% soli potasowej lub siarczanu potasu.The subject of the notification is a method for the production of organic and mineral fertilizers, using sewage sludge from mechanical-biological sewage treatment plants, which is characterized by the fact that sewage sludge from mechanical-biological sewage treatment plants with a dry content of 25% is mixed with by-products of combustion in weight ratio 1: 1, calculated on the dry matter. Sewage sludge containing 7.65% N, 17.23% P2O5, 0.78% K2O is used. The ashes formed after burning straw in fluidized bed boilers with a composition of 3.21% P2O5, 18.79% K2O are used. Ashes formed after burning wood in fluidized bed boilers with a composition of 0.43% P2O5, 8.59% K2O are used. Slag is used after the combustion of sewage sludge, with a fraction below 500 µm, with a composition of 29.86% P2O5, 31.70% K2O. 10% of potassium salt or potassium sulfate is added to the mixture of sewage sludge and slag.
