Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są protonowe sole difenokonazolu z anionem organicznym, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym A- oznacza: anion organiczny: diwodorocytrynianowy lub salicylanowy, lub wodorowinianowy, lub wodoroszczawianowy, lub dichlorooctanowy, sposób ich otrzymywania oraz zastosowania jako fungicydów. Sposób ich otrzymywania polega na tym, że difenokonazol rozpuszcza się w alkoholu alifatycznym o długości łańcucha węglowego od jednego do czterech atomów węgla, lub ich mieszaninie, korzystnie w metanolu, dalej miesza się z metanolowym roztworem kwasu cytrynowego lub salicylowego, lub winowego, lub szczawiowego, lub dichlorooctowego, o stężeniu co najmniej 1%, w stosunku molowym od 1:1 do 1:1,05, korzystnie 1:1, w temperaturze poniżej 100°C, korzystnie w 20°C, w czasie co 4 najmniej 40 minut, po czym usuwa się rozpuszczalnik. Ujawniono także zastosowanie nowych protonowych soli difenokonazolu z anionem organicznym jako fungicydów.The subject of the invention are proton salts of diphenoconazole with an organic anion, of general formula 1, wherein A- is: an organic anion: dihydrogen citrate or salicylate, or hydrogen tartrate, or hydrogen oxalate, or dichloroacetate, the method of their preparation and their use as fungicides. The method of their preparation consists in the fact that difenoconazole dissolves in an aliphatic alcohol with a carbon chain length of one to four carbon atoms, or a mixture thereof, preferably in methanol, is further mixed with a methanolic solution of citric or salicylic acid, or tartaric or oxalic, or dichloroacetic, at a concentration of at least 1%, in a molar ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 1.05, preferably 1: 1, at a temperature below 100 ° C, preferably at 20 ° C, for at least every 40 minutes, after which the solvent is removed. The use of new proton salts of diphenoconazole with an organic anion as fungicides has also been disclosed.
