Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca żelazo w postaci pirofosforanu żelazowego oraz foliany w postaci soli glukozaminowej kwasu (6S)-5-metylotetrahydrofoliowego lub soli wapniowej kwasu (6S)-5-metylotetrahydrofoliowego oraz jej zastosowanie do postępowania dietetycznego, w celu zapewnienia prawidłowej podaży żelaza i składników krwiotwórczych oraz w stanach niedoboru żelaza i anemii. Kompozycja poza żelazem i folianami została dodatkowo wzbogacona o takie składniki, jak kwas foliowy, witamina B6 oraz witamina C. Preparat znajduje szczególne zastosowanie wśród niemowląt urodzonych przedwcześnie, niemowląt z małą masą urodzeniową i niemowląt z ciąż mnogich oraz wśród dzieci.The subject of the application is a pharmaceutical composition containing iron in the form of ferric pyrophosphate and folates in the form of (6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt or (6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid calcium salt and its use in the dietary management to ensure the correct supply of iron and hematopoietic components as well as in states of iron deficiency and anemia. The composition, in addition to iron and folates, has been additionally enriched with such ingredients as folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. The preparation finds particular application among premature infants, babies with low birth weight and infants from multiple pregnancies and among children.
