Abstract
Kocioł grzewczy na paliwa stałe zawiera przestrzeń płaszcza wodnego (1), przeznaczoną do instalacji wymiennika ciepła. Wzdłuż dwóch żeliwnych ścian bocznych (2a i 2b) komory spalania (2) oraz ściany górnej (2c) komory spalania (2) do przestrzeni znajdującej się pod rusztem (3), biegnie kanał powietrzny (4), który oddziela komorę spalania (2) od przestrzeni płaszcza wodnego (1). Żeliwna ściana boczna (2a i 2b) oraz żeliwna ściana górna (2c) stanowią zarazem ściany kanału powietrznego (4). Ruszt (3) oddziela komorę spalania (2) od komory popielnikowej. Część górna komory spalania (2) stanowi część konwekcyjną (2d). Przez kanał powietrzny (4) przechodzi wychodzący z zasobnika paliwa (6) przewód transportowy paliwa (7). Wlot kanału powietrznego (4) ma połączenie z wylotem z dmuchawy (8) o wydatku regulowanym sterownikiem (9), którego czujnik (10) jest wbudowany w ściankę komory spalania (2). W przewodzie transportowym paliwa (7) jest zamontowany podajnik ślimakowy (11).The solid fuel boiler contains a water jacket space (1) for installing the heat exchanger. Along the two cast-iron side walls (2a and 2b) of the combustion chamber (2) and the top wall (2c) of the combustion chamber (2) to the space under the grate (3), an air channel (4) runs that separates the combustion chamber (2) from the water jacket space (1). The air duct inlet (4) has a connection with the blower outlet (8) with a capacity controlled by the controller (9), whose sensor (10) is built into the wall of the combustion chamber (2). A screw feeder (11) is installed in the fuel transport line (7).
