Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zasłona zwijana zwłaszcza dymowa, stanowiąca jedno z zabezpieczeń przeciwpożarowych w obiektach magazynowych, handlowych lub usługowych. Zasłonę zwijaną stanowi zespół dwóch lub więcej szeregowo rozmieszczonych kurtyn (1, 1a) z elastycznego materiału. Wszystkie kurtyny (1, 1a) są zamocowane swymi górnymi obrzeżami do wspólnego wałka nawojowego (3), który jest wyposażony w motoreduktor napędowy (11) i na którego walcowej powierzchni są osadzone łożyska toczne (4, 4a). Dolne obrzeże każdej kurtyny (1, 1a) jest zamocowane do odrębnego obciążnika (6). Nieruchome oprawy (7, 7a) łożysk (4, 4a) są przytwierdzone do podpory budowlanej (8). Oprawy (7a) środkowych łożysk (4a) są rozmieszczone w szczelinowych przestrzeniach (9), które dzielą boczne obrzeża (10) sąsiednich kurtyn (1, 1a). A rolled curtain is a set of two or more curtains in series (1, 1a) made of flexible material. All curtains (1, 1a) are attached with their upper rims to a common winding shaft (3), which is equipped with a drive gearmotor (11) and on which cylindrical surface roller bearings are mounted (4, 4a). The bottom edge of each curtain (1, 1a) is attached to a separate weight (6). Stationary housings (7, 7a) of bearings (4, 4a) are attached to the building support (8). The housings (7a) of the middle bearings (4a) are arranged in slotted spaces (9) that divide the side flanges (10) of adjacent curtains (1, 1a). In another embodiment of the invention, the roller blind is also a series of series of curtains (1, 1a). Each of them is attached with an upper rim to a separate winding shaft (3). The shafts (3) of adjacent curtains (1, 1a) are connected axially by means of a fixed clutch, embedded in the inner ring of the rolling bearing (4a), whose fixed housing (7a) is placed in the space (9) dividing the side peripheries (10) of the adjacent curtains (1, 1a).
