Abstract

Mechanizm różnicowy posiadający na wale napędowym osadzone dwa koła stożkowe zazębione z kolejnymi kołami stożkowymi, z których jedno koło jest połączone z obudową, a drugie jest osadzone na wale, charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz obudowy (6), na wale (7) osadzone są koła zębate (8 i 9), będące kołami środkowymi dwóch przekładni planetarnych. Każda przekładnia ma co najmniej dwa koła obiegowe (10, 11) osadzone na jarzmie (12 i 13) i po jednym kole zewnętrznym (14, 15), przy czym koła zewnętrzne (14, 15) mają wykonany zarys koła stożkowego i zazębiają się z kołami stożkowymi (16) umieszczonymi w osi prostopadłej do osi obrotu obudowy (6). Między obudową (6) a każdym z jarzm (12, 13) znajduje się sprzęgło jednokierunkowe (17, 18), a na zewnątrz obudowy (6) znajdują się koła zębate (19, 20) osadzone na jarzmach (12, 13). The variant of the differential has an additional planetary gear inside the housing (6), in which the wheel (21) mounted on the shaft (7) is the gear's central wheel, and the gear consists of planetary gears (22), a fixed external wheel (23) and a yoke ( 24), with the yoke (24) aligned in a plane perpendicular to the plane formed by the housing rotation axis (6) and wheel axles (16) and connected to the housing (6). The outer wheel (23) has a larger diameter than the housing (6), and the housing (6) is located inside the fixed outer wheel (23).
