Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu powlekania fluoropolimerami odpowiedniej powierzchni metalicznej przeznaczonej do otrzymania elastomeru takiego jak guma do opon, obejmujący etapy: a- nanoszenie w warstwie pierwszej żywicy A zawierającej drobne cząstki fluoroetylenopropylenu w zawiesinie, następnie b- polimeryzowanie pierwszej żywicy A, c- chłodzenie żywicy A, d- nanoszenie mieszaniny A-B zawierającej pierwszą żywicę A i drugą żywicę B, która sama zawiera drobne cząstki poli(tetrafluoroetylenu) w zawiesinie, następnie e- polimeryzowanie mieszaniny A-B, f- chłodzenie mieszaniny A-B. Wynalazek również dotyczy zestawu do powlekania i narzędzia powleczonego wspomnianymi fluoropolimerami.
