Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mineralny nawóz wieloskładnikowy o wydłużonym działaniu, zawierający w swoim składzie komponenty mineralne w postaci związków azotu, fosforu i potasu oraz nierozpuszczalne w wodzie polimery biodegradowalne. Nawóz ten charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera polimery biodegradowalne w postaci kopoliestru alifatycznego bursztynianu butylenowego i estru butylenowego dimeryzowanego kwasu linolowego lub kopoliestru alifatycznego sebacynianu butylenowego i estru butylenowego dimeryzowanego kwasu linolowego lub kopoliestru alifatyczno - aromatycznego bursztynianu etylenowego i estru etylenowego kwasu tereftalowego w ilości od 20% do 50% masowych, zaś komponenty mineralne w ilości od 50% do 80% masowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania matrycowego mineralnego nawozu wieloskładnikowego o przedłużonym działaniu, polegający na utworzeniu materiału matrycowego poprzez mieszanie komponentów mineralnych w postaci związków azotu, fosforu i potasu oraz nierozpuszczalnych w wodzie polimerów biodegradowalnych. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się polimery biodegradowalne w postaci kopoliestru alifatycznego bursztynianu butylenowego i estru butylenowego dimeryzowanego kwasu linolowego lub kopoliestru alifatycznego sebacynianu butylenowego i estru butylenowego dimeryzowanego kwasu linolowego lub kopoliestru alifatyczno - aromatycznego bursztynianu etylenowego i estru etylenowego kwasu tereftalowego w ilości od 20% do 50% masowych z komponentami mineralnymi w ilości od 50% do 80% masowych. Następnie materiał ekstruduje się w temperaturze od 80°C do 150°C i suszy w temperaturze otoczenia, otrzymując nawóz o zawartości od 20% do 50% masowych kopoliestrów i od 50% do 80% masowych komponentów mineralnych.The subject of the application is a multi-component mineral fertilizer with prolonged action, containing mineral components in the form of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compounds as well as water-insoluble biodegradable polymers. This fertilizer is characterized in that it contains biodegradable polymers in the form of an aliphatic butylene succinate copolyester and dimerized linoleic acid butylene ester or a butylene sebacate aliphatic copolyester and dimerized linoleic acid butylene ester copolyester and an aliphatic ethylene terephthalate succinate up to 50% by mass, and mineral components in an amount from 50% to 80% by mass. The subject of the application is also a method of producing matrix multi-component mineral fertilizer with prolonged action, consisting in the formation of matrix material by mixing mineral components in the form of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compounds and water-insoluble biodegradable polymers. This method is characterized in that biodegradable polymers are mixed in the form of an aliphatic butylene succinate copolyester and dimerized linoleic acid butylene aliphatic butylene sebacate ester and dimerized linoleic acid butylene ester or an aliphatic ethylene terephthalate succinate ethylene succinate % to 50% by mass with mineral components in an amount from 50% to 80% by mass. Then the material is extruded at a temperature of 80 ° C to 150 ° C and dried at ambient temperature, obtaining a fertilizer with a content of 20% to 50% by mass copolyesters and from 50% to 80% by mass mineral components.
