Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania liofilizowanego preparatu bakterii Lactobacillus plantarum K KKP 593/p, przeznaczonego do kiszenia pasz i produktów spożywczych oraz otrzymywania probiotyków dla zwierząt. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że biomasę bakterii Lactobacillus plantarum K doprowadza się do zawartości suchej masy od 14 do 16% poprzez dodatek soli fizjologicznej, następnie miesza z glicerolem w ilości 20% wagowych w stosunku do suchej masy biomasy, po czym miesza się z granulowanym, odtłuszczonym mlekiem w proszku w stosunku wagowym jak 1 :0,75, a następnie zamraża z szybkością 0,3 do 0,5°C/min do temperatury około -40°C i poddaje procesowi suszenia sublimacyjnego do zawartości suchej masy w zakresie 94-98%.
