Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw surowcowy do wytwarzania klinkieru portlandzkiego, zawierający naturalne wapienie, margle, surowce ilaste oraz surowce odpadowe pochodzenia przemysłowego, w którym to zestawie zawartości głównych tlenków w % wagowych wynoszą: 41 - 48 CaO, 12 - 16 SiO2, 2 - 5 Al2O3 i 1 - 3 Fe2O3, charakteryzuje się tym, że surowiec odpadowy stanowi wapno pokarbidowe powstałe w wyniku produkcji acetylenu z karbidu, zawarte w zestawie surowcowym w ilości 1 - 35% wagowych i które składa się w % wagowych z: 60 - 75 CaO, 1 - 5 SiO2, 0,5 - 3 Al2O3, 0 - 1 Fe2O3, 0 - 1 SO3, 0 - 1 MgO, 0 - 0,1 Na2O, 0 - 0,1 K2O, 0 - 0,2 TiO2, 0 - 0,2 P2O5, a straty prażenia stanowią 20 - 34% wagowych, natomiast średnia wielkość ziaren wapna pokarbidowego zawiera się w przedziale od 20 do 60 µm.
