Abstract
Przyrząd do pomiaru obciążeń dynamicznych noży skrawających organów roboczych, zwłaszcza kombajnów górniczych charakteryzuje się tym, że zbudowany jest z podstawy uchwytu (7), na której osadzony jest korpus uchwytu (1) z cylindrycznym gniazdem (5) o osi pokrywającej się z osią podłużną noża (9) osadzonego w tulei napinającej (3) połączonej z korpusem uchwytu (1) za pomocą złącza gwintowego (6), przy czym wewnątrz cylindrycznego gniazda (5) osadzony jest czujnik siły (4) zamocowany za pomocą tulei napinającej (3) poprzez kołnierz dociskowy (2). Sposób pomiaru obciążeń dynamicznych noży skrawających organów roboczych zwłaszcza kombajnów górniczych polega na tym, że mierzy się korzystnie trzy składowe obciążenia noża (9) przy użyciu czujnika siły (4) w układzie współrzędnych czujnika XYZ, po czym dokonuje się transformacji tych sił na siłę skrawania Ps, siłę docisku Pd i siłę boczną Pb w układzie współrzędnych XSYSZS związanym z trajektorią ostrza noża (9) w trakcie urabiania skały organem roboczym maszyny urabiającej i zaczepionym w wierzchołku ostrza noża (9), w ten sposób, że siła skrawania jest styczna do toru ruchu noża (9), siła docisku jest prostopadła do dna bruzdy, natomiast siła boczna jest prostopadła do siły skrawania i siły docisku.The device for measuring dynamic loads of cutting knives of working organs, especially mining combines is characterized by the fact that it consists of a chuck base (7) on which the chuck body (1) with a cylindrical seat (5) with the axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis of the knife is mounted.
