Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania filamentu do druku 3D z polipropylenu, polietylenu, kopolimeru akrylo-batadienowo-styrenowego, poliwęglanu, polioksymetylenu, poliaktydu z surowca w postaci granulatu w procesie ekstruzji, który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że wytłaczaniu poddaje się mieszaninę zawierającą granulat uszlachetniony i granulat surowy w proporcji od 1 : 20 do 1 : 50, przy czym granulat uszlachetniony przygotowuje się w ten sposób, że surowy granulat poddaje się naprzemiennie operacjom powlekania granulatu koloidalnym roztworem nanocząsteczek srebra oraz suszenia powleczonego roztworem granulatu, aż do uzyskania stężenia nanocząsteczek srebra w granulacie na poziomie od 50 ppm do 750 ppm wagowo, natomiast koloidalny roztwór nanocząsteczek srebra zawiera korzystnie niskorzędowy węglowodór do 99% wagowo, środek powierzchniowo czynny do 0,6% wagowo, środek adhezyjny do 0,4% wagowo, dyspergator do 0,6% wagowo, substancje o dużej lotności wspomagające tworzenie ośrodków parowania do 1,0% wagowo, modyfikator lepkości do 0,2% wagowo, nanocząsteczki srebra o rozmiarze od 3 nm do 9 nm, w stężeniu 1000 ppm wagowo.The subject of the application is a method of producing filaments for 3D printing from polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylic styrene-batadiene copolymer, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene, polyactide from raw material in the form of granules in the extrusion process, which method is characterized in that the mixture containing refined granules is extruded and raw granules in a proportion of 1: 20 to 1: 50, wherein the refined granules are prepared in such a way that the raw granules are alternately subjected to the operations of coating the granulate with a colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles and drying coated with the solution of the granulate until obtaining a concentration of silver nanoparticles in granules at a level of 50 ppm to 750 ppm by weight, while the colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles preferably contains a low-row hydrocarbon up to 99% by weight, a surfactant up to 0.6% by weight, an adhesive agent up to 0.4% by weight, a dispersant up to 0.6% by weight, substances with high lo supporting the formation of evaporation centers up to 1.0% by weight, viscosity modifier up to 0.2% by weight, silver nanoparticles from 3 nm to 9 nm, in a concentration of 1000 ppm by weight.
