Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wkładka do formy o zwiększonej żywotności do formowania wyprasek, metodą ich prasowania matrycowego, zwłaszcza z materiałów ogniotrwałych w postaci ich proszków lub granulatów stanowiąca jedną z wykładzin ścian bocznych matrycy formy, wykonana ze stali stopowej w kształcie bryły prostopadłościennej charakteryzująca się tym, że jej robocza zewnętrzna powierzchnia (3) połączona jest nierozłącznie z powłoką metaliczną (4) o grubości g = 0,2 - 0,4 mm i o twardości wynoszącej 2750 - 2785 HV, przy czym powłoka ta zawiera w swym składzie 86 - 90% wagowych węglika wolframu oraz 10 - 14% wagowych kobaltu.
