Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest proteza tchawicy w kształcie odcinka przewodu rurowego o średnicy wewnętrznej równej średnicy wnętrza tchawicy ludzkiej, charakteryzuje się tym, że jej ścianki zawierają pierścienie z merceryzowanej bionanocelulozy otrzymanej w hodowli bakterii Gluconacetobacter xylinus, stanowiące szkielet protezy, który jest zarośnięty błoną z bionanocelulozy natywnej otrzymanej w drodze hodowli bakterii Gluconacetobacter xylinus. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób wytwarzania protezy tchawicy określonej powyżej, z bionanocelulozy otrzymanej w drodze hodowli produkcyjnej stacjonarnej szczepu bakterii Gluconacetobacter xylinus, polega na tym, że najpierw w drodze hodowli bakterii wytwarza się konstrukt z bionanocelulozy natywnej, w kształcie walca, w którym wykonuje się koncentryczny, przelotowy otwór o średnicy równej średnicy wnętrza tchawicy ludzkiej i następnie poddaje konstrukt merceryzacji, po czym z wytworzonego w ten sposób szkieletu protezy z bionanocelulozy merceryzowanej, o charakterze chrząstki wycina się pierścienie, które z kolei połączone lub nie połączone, usytuowane jeden nad drugim, po ich sterylizacji, poddaje się zarośnięciu bionanocelulozą natywną, po czym wyjmuje się zarośnięte bionanocelulozą natywną pierścienie z bioreaktora i poddaje wytworzoną w ten sposób protezę procesowi oczyszczania.
