Abstract

Rębak, charakteryzuje się tym, że pomiędzy napędem rębaka, a zespołem zrębkującym (ZR) ma sprzęgło odśrodkowe (2) osadzone na wałku głównym (3) rębaka poprzez mechanizm zapadkowy (4), przy czym tarcze (7, 8) mają na obwodzie nacięte zęby, a wałek dolny zespołu podawania napędzany jest z wału głównego (3) rębaka za pomocą mechanizmu Maltańskiego połączonego z bezstopniową przekładnią pasową, przy czym mechanizm Maltański składa się z osadzonej na wale głównym (3) rębaka korby napędzającej tarczę wrębową osadzoną obrotowo na ramie (1). Rębak do ramy (1) ma przymocowany stół łuparki stożkowej (ŁP) utworzony z płyty poziomej i pionowej, a stożek rozłupujący (38) ma naciętą linię śrubową i jest osadzony na wale (3) rębaka, przy czym stożek (38) posiada gniazda, w których osadzone są rozłupujące trzpienie.
