Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania spiekanych elementów o osnowie żelaza lub jego stopów, w którym ze zhomogenizowanej mieszanki zawierającej proszki żelaza lub jego stopów, dodatki lub zaprawy stopowe, środki przeciwpoślizgowe i dodatki indukujące pojawienie się cieczy, formuje się wypraski, po czym w atmosferze ochronnej nagrzewa je, spieka izotermicznie i chłodzi, polega na tym, że mieszanka przeznaczona do wytwarzania elementów spiekanych zawiera 0,05 do 1,00% wag. boru w postaci aktywnej i co najmniej jeden z azotków, z wyłączeniem azotku boru, wybranych spośród azotków mających temperaturę topnienia lub rozkładu wyższą od temperatury spiekania, a zwłaszcza azotków Si, Cr, Ti, Al, Mo, Mn, V, przy czym zawartość azotków i boru w mieszance jest tak dobrana by stosunek molowy atomów azotu do boru wynosił od 0,05 do 2,15, korzystnie 0,1 do 1,4.
