Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania drzwi lub okien w konstrukcji ognioodpornej polega na tym, że do surowych kształtowników (1) o pełnej długości wsuwamy wkłady ognioodporne (2) i taśmy ognioodporne (3). Po czym tak za zbrojone kształtowniki (1) tniemy na konkretne wymiary. Pocięte kształtowniki (1) łączy się w ramy (4) za pomocą kształtek aluminiowych (5) metodą kołkowania, skręcania lub zagniatania. Do utworzonej ramy (4) mocuje się blachy (6). Po czym do ramy (4) docina się listwy (7) przyszybowe. Tak przygotowana rama (4) z listwami (7) przyszybowymi transportowana jest na budowę. Na budowie osadza się szybę (8) za pomocą wcześniej zamontowanej blachy (6) poprzez dogięcie ścianki bocznej (9) tej blachy (6). Następnie mocuje się listwy (7) przyszybowe i uszczelki (10).The method of producing doors or windows in a fireproof construction is based on the fact that we insert fireproof inserts (2) and fireproof tapes (3) into the raw sections (1) of full length.
