Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu mineralnego wapniowo - magnezowego z materiału sypkiego, w drodze jego granulacji w granulatorze talerzowym o działaniu okresowym, z użyciem wody do jego nawilżania podczas granulacji, z wykorzystaniem mączki dolomitowej, który polega na tym, że jako materiał sypki, z którego wytwarza się nawóz stosuje się błoto posaturacyjne oraz mączkę dolomitową, przy czym najpierw do granulatora wprowadza się błoto posaturacyjne i prowadzi jego granulację w czasie 3 - 6 minut z równoczesnym natryskiwaniem granulowanego złoża wodą o temperaturze 20°C. Następnie na przesypujące się w talerzu złoże nanosi się mączkę dolomitową i kontynuuje granulację w czasie kolejnych 4 - 10 minut.The subject of the application is a method for the production of granulated calcium - magnesium mineral fertilizer from loose material, by means of its granulation in a disc granulator with a periodic effect, with the use of water for moisturizing it during granulation, using dolomite flour, which consists in that as loose material, from which the fertilizer is made, post-saturation mud and dolomite flour are used, whereby first, post-saturation mud is introduced into the granulator and its granulation is carried out for 3 - 6 minutes with simultaneous spraying of the granulated bed with water at 20 ° C. Then dolomite flour is applied to the bed that is pouring in the plate and granulation is continued for another 4 - 10 minutes.
