Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu mineralnego wapniowego z materiału sypkiego, w drodze jego granulacji w granulatorze talerzowym o działaniu okresowym, z użyciem wodnego roztworu melasy, do jego nawilżania podczas granulacji, z wykorzystaniem mączki wapiennej. Sposób ten polega na tym, że jako materiał sypki, z którego wytwarza się nawóz stosuje się błoto posaturacyjne oraz mączkę wapienną, przy czym najpierw do granulatora wprowadza się błoto posaturacyjne i prowadzi jego granulację w czasie 3 - 6 minut z równoczesnym natryskiwaniem granulowanego złoża wodnym roztworem melasy o temperaturze 20 - 60°C. Następnie na przesypujące się w talerzu złoże nanosi się mączkę wapienną i kontynuuje granulację w czasie kolejnych 4 - 10 minut.The subject of the application is a method of producing granulated calcium mineral fertilizer from loose material, by means of its granulation in a periodic disk granulator, using molasses aqueous solution, for moisturizing it during granulation, using limestone flour. This method is based on the fact that as bulk material from which the fertilizer is made, post-saturation mud and limestone flour are used, with post-saturation mud being introduced into the granulator and granulating it for 3 - 6 minutes with simultaneous spraying of the granular bed with an aqueous solution molasses at 20 - 60 ° C. Then, limestone powder is applied to the bed that is pouring in the plate and granulation is continued for another 4 - 10 minutes.
