Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest instalacja do wytwarzania nawozów mocznikowo-superfosfatowych. Instalacja do produkcji nawozów mocznikowo-superfosfatowych charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera co najmniej jeden reaktor (1) z płaszczem chłodzącym (2) i mieszadłem (3), w górnej części reaktora (1) usytuowany jest lej zasypowy (4) mocznika i rurociąg wody chłodzącej (5) z zaworami (6) połączony z płaszczem chłodzącym (2). W górnej ściance reaktora (1) zamocowany jest rurociąg (9) dostarczający kwas z zaworami (10), oraz rurociąg wody procesowej (11) z zaworami (12), natomiast centralnie umieszczone jest mieszadło z napędem (3). W dnie reaktora (1) zamocowany jest rurociąg tranzytowy (13) z pompą (14) i zaworami (15) łączący reaktor (1) ze zbiornikiem pośrednim (16) wyposażonym w mieszadło z napędem (17), natomiast zbiornik pośredni (16) połączony jest z komorą ciągłą (18) za pośrednictwem rurociągu (19) zawierającego pompę (20) i zawory (21), w górnej części komory ciągłej (18) osadzony jest lej zasypowy (22) z wagą dozującą, a w dolnej części komory ciągłej (18) zamontowany jest rurociąg spustowy (24). Urządzenie korzystnie zawiera dwa reaktory w dolnej części połączone rurociągiem (13') z zaworami, do którego zamontowany jest rurociąg tranzytowy (13) z pompą (14).The subject of the application is an installation for the production of urea-superphosphate fertilizers. The installation for the production of urea-superphosphate fertilizers is characterized by the fact that it contains at least one reactor (1) with a cooling jacket (2) and stirrer (3), in the upper part of the reactor (1) there is a hopper (4) for urea and a water pipeline cooling (5) with valves (6) connected to the cooling jacket (2). In the upper wall of the reactor (1) there is a pipeline (9) supplying acid with valves (10), and a process water pipeline (11) with valves (12), while a centrally located drive agitator (3). In the bottom of the reactor (1) there is a transit pipeline (13) with a pump (14) and valves (15) connecting the reactor (1) with the intermediate tank (16) equipped with a driven agitator (17), while the intermediate tank (16) connected is with a continuous chamber (18) via a pipeline (19) containing a pump (20) and valves (21), in the upper part of the continuous chamber (18) a hopper (22) with a dosing scale is mounted, and in the lower part of the continuous chamber (18) ) a drain pipe (24) is fitted. The device preferably comprises two reactors in the lower part connected by a pipeline (13 ') with valves to which a transit pipeline (13) with a pump (14) is mounted.
