Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania kruszywa budowlanego sypkiego z pozostałości po spalaniu odpadów, zwłaszcza odpadów niebezpiecznych, obejmujący etapy: mielenie materiału wyjściowego stanowiącego pozostałość po spalaniu odpadów, dozowanie kompozycji zawierającej mieszaninę smektytu w ilości 5-45% wag., perlit ekspandowany w ilości 5-45% wag., cement wolnowiążący w ilości 7-45% wag. oraz suchy krzemian metali alkalicznych w ilości 5-25% wag. względem masy materiału wyjściowego, dozowanie środka wiążącego w ilości 5-20% wag. względem materiału wyjściowego, mieszanie otrzymanej mieszanki, suszenie mieszanki, dla otrzymania kruszywa zawierającego cząstki o rozmiarze do 2 mm. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania kruszywa budowlanego sypkiego z frakcją granulowaną z pozostałości po spalaniu odpadów, zwłaszcza odpadów niebezpiecznych, obejmujący dodatkowo etapy: dodanie wody do mieszanki otrzymanej po dozowaniu kompozycji i środka wiążącego, granulację do uzyskania cząstek o pożądanym rozmiarze, suszenie granulatu, dla otrzymania kruszywa zawierającego cząstki o rozmiarze większym niż 1 mm.The invention relates to a method of producing loose construction aggregate from residues from the incineration of waste, especially hazardous waste, comprising the steps of: grinding the starting material being the residue from the incineration of waste, dispensing a composition containing a 5-45% by weight smectite mixture, expanded perlite in an amount of 5-45 % by weight, slow setting cement in an amount of 7-45% by weight and dry alkali metal silicate in an amount of 5-25 wt. based on the weight of the starting material, dosing of binder in an amount of 5-20 wt. relative to the starting material, mixing the resulting blend, drying the blend to obtain aggregate containing particles up to 2 mm in size. The invention also relates to a method of producing loose construction aggregate with a granular fraction from waste incineration residues, especially hazardous waste, including the additional steps of: adding water to the mixture obtained after dosing the composition and binder, granulation to obtain particles of the desired size, drying the granulate to obtain aggregate containing particles larger than 1 mm.
