Abstract

Inżektorowa lanca paliwowa, zwłaszcza do transportu i zapewnienia stabilnego procesu dostarczania paliwa gazowego do systemów spalania przeznaczona jest do dostarczenia paliwa gazowego, również paliwa zanieczyszczonego substancjami smolistymi, organicznymi i mineralnymi, do procesu spalania, gdzie ilość strumienia paliwa jest kontrolowana przez ilość gazu napędowego dostarczanego do inżektora. Charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się: z komory mieszania (3) gazu napędowego i gazu paliwowego do której wtryskiwany jest gaz napędowy poprzez dysze wtryskujące (4) umieszczone na obwodzie komory mieszającej pod odpowiednim kątem do osi wzdłużnej inżektorowej lancy paliwowej. Komora mieszająca połączona jest kanałem zbieżnym (2) z cylindrycznym przewodem zasilającym (1) oraz kanałem o zwiększającym się przekroju (5) z przewodem transportującym (8) zakończonym dyszą wylotową (9). Komora mieszająca, kanał zbieżny oraz kanał rozbieżny posiadają na zewnątrz płaszcz, pomiędzy którym znajduje się ciśnieniowa komora gazu napędowego (6) z króćcem przyłączeniowym gazu napędowego (7). Inżektorowa lanca paliwowa może pracować w szerokim zakresie temperatur i jest odporna na zmiany ciśnienia w komorze spalania, ciśnienia gazu paliwowego a także własności fizykochemiczne paliwa gazowego. Jako czynnik napędowy mogą być wykorzystywane powietrze o temperaturze otoczenia, lub powietrze podgrzane oraz gazy obojętne o różnych temperaturach. Inżektorowa lanca paliwowa montowana jest w układach spalania w których ciśnienie paliwa gazowego jest zbyt niskie aby pokonać opory przepływu systemu paliwowego, a także zapewnić odpowiednie parametry wtrysku gazu paliwowego do obiektu spalania.
