Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania promotowanych katalizatorów kobaltowych do syntezy amoniaku, który polega na tym, że proces wytrącania prekursora Co-Ce prowadzi się w układzie cyrkulacyjnym, korzystnie w stałej temperaturze w zakresie od 60 do 95°C, poprzez równoczesne dozowanie do wody zdemineralizowanej roztworu soli kobaltu (II) o stężeniu 80 - 250 gCo/dm3 i ceru (III) o stężeniu nieprzekraczającym 200 gCe/dm3 i roztworu węglanu potasu i/lub sodu i/lub wodorotlenku potasu i/lub sodu o stosunku wagowym węglanów do wodorotlenków w zakresie od 0 do 20, przy stałym pH w zakresie od 8,5 do 10, korzystnie od 8,5 do 9,5, a następnie zawiesina prekursora poddawana jest starzeniu przez nie więcej niż 4 godziny w temperaturze 60 - 95 C, po czym wytrąconą masę poddaje się filtracji i przemywaniu, a następnie suszy w temperaturze od 80 do 120°C i kalcynuje, po czym formę tlenkową katalizatora rozdrabnia się i zarabia przez co najmniej 1 godzinę z roztworem azotanu baru do uzyskania plastycznej masy o wilgotności nie przekraczającej 40% wag, po czym dodaje się cement glinowy i całość miesza przez nie dłużej niż 40 minut, a następnie uzyskaną pastę formuje się techniką wytłaczania w kształtki, które następnie suszy się w temperaturze w zakresie 110 - 150°C uzyskując gotowy produkt.
