Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób termomechanicznego zagęszczania sklejki topolowej wielowarstwowej, polegający na ogrzewaniu sklejki topolowej, charakteryzujący się tym, że sklejka o wilgotności 5 - 15% poddawana jest prasowaniu pulsacyjnemu między półkami prasy, przy czym sklejkę topolową ogrzewa się do temperatury 70° - 105°C, a następnie prasuje w 2 - 3 cyklach pod ciśnieniem 5 - 20 MPa, redukując grubość sklejki do 25 - 50% jej pierwotnej grubości. Ponadto sklejka wielowarstwowa otrzymana sposobem według zgłoszenia charakteryzuje się odkształceniami względnymi od 50% - 75%.
