Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielofunkcyjny dodatek detergentowy do energooszczędnych benzyn silnikowych zawiera: surfaktant detergentowo - dyspergujący, będący kwaternizowaną zasadą Mannicha, zwłaszcza kwaternizowaną bis zasadą Mannicha będący produktem kondensacji 4-dodecylofenolu lub 4-pentadecylofenolu z N,N-bis(3-aminopropylo)metyloaminą i formaldehydem, w ilości od 5,0 %(m/m) do 70,0 %(m/m) całkowitej masy wielofunkcyjnego dodatku detergentowego, syntetyczny olej nośny, będący alfa-dodecylofenoksy-omega-poli(propylenoksy)propanolem o średnim liczbowym ciężarze cząsteczkowym wynoszącym 500 Daltonów do 4000 Daltonów, w ilości od 5,0 %(m/m) do 70,0 %(m/m) całkowitej masy wielofunkcyjnego dodatku detergentowego, przy czym stosunek masowy kwaternizowanej bis zasady Mannicha do alfa-dodecylofenoksy-omega-poli(propylenoksy)propanolu wynosi od 1,0 : 0,3 do 1,0 : 1,2, inhibitor utleniania, wybrany z grupy obejmującej co najmniej jeden związek wybrany spośród alkilowanego monofenolu, alkilowanego bisfenolu, alkilowanej difenyloaminy, w ilości od 5,0 %(m/m) do 30,0 %(m/m) całkowitej masy wielofunkcyjnego dodatku detergentowego, inhibitor kontrolujący powstawanie żywic i osadów, będący pochodną estrową 4-hydroksy-2,2,6,6-tetrametylopiperydyno-1-oksylu, w ilości od 0,5 %(m/m) do 20,0 %(m/m) całkowitej masy wielofunkcyjnego dodatku detergentowego, ewentualnie modyfikator smarności, będący solą amoniową N,N-dimetylocykloheksyloaminy i kwasów monokarboksylowych o ilości atomów węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym od 18 do 24, w ilości od 5,0 %(m/m) do 50,0 %(m/m) całkowitej masy wielofunkcyjnego dodatku detergentowego, rozpuszczalnik węglowodorowy w postaci wysokoaromatycznej frakcji naftowej o ilości atomów węgla w cząsteczkach węglowodorów aromatycznych od 9 do 12 i końcowej temperaturze wrzenia 250°C w warunkach normalnych, w ilości od 40,0 %(m/m) do 60,0 %(m/m) całkowitej masy wielofunkcyjnego dodatku detergentowego oraz współrozpuszczalnik, będący 2-etyloheksanolem, butyloglikolem lub butylodiglikolem, w ilości nie większej niż 20 %(m/m) całkowitej masy wielofunkcyjnego dodatku detergentowego.The subject of the application is a multifunctional detergent additive for energy-saving motor gasolines containing: detergent and dispersing surfactant, which is quaternized with Mannich base, especially quaternized with Mannich base, which is a condensation product of 4-dodecylphenol or 4-pentadecylphenol with N, N-bis (3-aminopropyl) methylamine and 5.0% (m / m) to 70.0% (m / m) of the total weight of the multifunctional detergent additive, synthetic carrier oil, being alpha-dodecylphenoxy-omega-poly (propyleneoxy) propanol with average number weight molecular ratio of 500 Dalton to 4000 Dalton, in an amount of 5.0% (m / m) to 70.0% (m / m) of the total weight of the multifunctional detergent additive, the mass ratio of the quaternized bis Mannich base to alpha-dodecylphenoxy-omega - poly (propyleneoxy) propanol is from 1.0: 0.3 to 1.0: 1.2, an oxidation inhibitor selected from the group consisting of at least one compound selected from alkylated monophenol, alkylated bisphenol, alkylated diphenylamine in an amount of 5.0% (m / m) to 30.0% (m / m) of the total weight of the multifunctional detergent additive, an inhibitor controlling the formation of resins and deposits, being a 4-hydroxy ester derivative -2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl, in an amount of 0.5% (m / m) to 20.0% (m / m) of the total weight of the multifunctional detergent additive, optionally a lubricant modifier, being an ammonium salt N, N-dimethylcyclohexylamine and monocarboxylic acids with an amount of carbon atoms in the alkyl chain from 18 to 24, in an amount of 5.0% (m / m) to 50.0% (m / m) of the total weight of the multifunctional detergent additive, hydrocarbon solvent in the form of a highly aromatic petroleum fraction with a number of carbon atoms in the molecules of aromatic hydrocarbons from 9 to 12 and a final boiling point of 250 ° C under normal conditions, in the amount of 40.0% (m / m) to 60.0% (m / m) total mass of multifunctional detergent additive once a cosolvent, being 2-ethylhexanol, butyl glycol or butyl diglycol, in an amount not exceeding 20% (m / m) of the total weight of the multifunctional detergent additive.
