Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania peletów paliwowych z termicznie przetworzonej biomasy roślinnej charakteryzujący się tym, że termicznie przetworzoną biomasę roślinną mieli się do rozmiaru ziarna nie wyższego niż wielkość promienia otworu roboczego matrycy granulatora, i do tak zmielonego surowca dodaje się lepiszcza zawierającego skrobię pszenną lub ziemniaczaną, melasę buraczaną oraz lignosulfonian sodowy w ilości 3 - 10% masy surowca oraz dowilża do poziomu 25 - 35% masy po czym powstałą masę homogenizuje się w mieszalniku przemysłowym a następnie peletyzuje znanymi metodami z wykorzystaniem granulatora z matrycą płaską lub pierścieniową, a otrzymany produkt suszy w suszarni do poziomu wilgoci nie większego niż 5% masy.The subject of the application is a method of producing fuel pellets from thermally processed plant biomass, characterized in that the thermally processed plant biomass was to a grain size not higher than the size of the radius of the working hole of the granulator matrix, and a binder containing wheat or potato starch is added to such ground raw material, beet molasses and sodium lignosulfonate in an amount of 3 - 10% of the mass of the raw material and moistened to a level of 25 - 35%, then the resulting mass is homogenized in an industrial mixer and then pelletized by known methods using a flat or ring matrix granulator, and the obtained product is dried dryer to a moisture level of not more than 5% by weight.
