Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania kompozytu grafen/Fe2O3, polegający na przygotowaniu mieszaniny tlenku grafenu, azotanu żelaza III, wody amoniakalnej w środowisku ciekłym i poddaniu jej obróbce ciśnieniowej, z wykorzystaniem mikrofal, charakteryzuje się tym, że proces prowadzi się przy ciśnieniu od 4 do 6 MPa, przez czas od 5 do 30 minut w solwotermalnym reaktorze mikrofalowym. Uzyskuje się kompozyt o zawartości Fe2O3 w przedziale od 5 do 50% masowych w odniesieniu do tlenku grafenu. Jako środowisko reakcji stosuje się alkohol lub aceton.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining a graphene / Fe2O3 composite, consisting of preparing a mixture of graphene oxide, iron nitrate, ammonia water in a liquid environment and subjecting it to pressure treatment, using microwaves, characterized by the fact that the process is carried out at a pressure of 4 to 6 MPa, for a period of 5 to 30 minutes in a solvothermal microwave reactor. A composite with Fe2O3 content in the range from 5 to 50% by mass with respect to graphene oxide is obtained. Alcohol or acetone is used as the reaction medium.
