Abstract

System do oczyszczania gazów z zanieczyszczeń, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: cyklon (10) połączony z generatorem ozonu (13); wymiennik ciepła z pierwszym kanałem (21) na gaz i drugim kanałem (22) na gaz umieszczonymi względem siebie tak, by umożliwić wzajemną wymianę ciepła; cylindryczną komorę dopalania (30) z wlotem (32) gazu i wylotem (37) gazu, przy czym komora dopalania (30) zawiera wewnątrz ceramiczną rurę (31) przebiegającą wzdłuż osi komory dopalania (30) tak, że pierwszy koniec (33) rury (31) znajduje się w obrębie części komory dopalania (30) przeciwległej do wlotu (32) gazu komory dopalania (30), a drugi koniec rury (31) stanowi wylot gazu (37), który znajduje się poza komorą dopalania (30), wychodząc z jej części przy wlocie (32) gazu, przy czym komora dopalania (30) zawiera rozmieszczone wzdłuż swojej osi, kolejno od strony wlotu gazu (32), zespół grzejników elektrycznych (36) i/lub palnik gazowy, oraz co najmniej dwa promienniki mikrofalowe (34), a na ścianach komory dopalania (30) przy pierwszym końcu rury (31) umieszczone są elementy ceramiczne (35); przy czym cyklon (10), stanowiący wejście gazu systemu, połączony jest za pośrednictwem pierwszego kanału (21) wymiennika ciepła z wlotem (32) komory dopalania (30), a wylot (37) komory dopalania (30) połączony jest z drugim kanałem (22) wymiennika ciepła, którego koniec połączony jest z ujściem (24) gazu do atmosfery, przez co system stanowi tor przepływu gazu, przy czym tor przepływu gazu systemu za pierwszym kanałem (21) wymiennika ciepła zawiera ponadto zbiornik (23) ze złożem węglanu wapnia.
