Urządzenie formatowe do maszyny przemysłu tytoniowego do wytwarzania ciągłego wałka zawierającego materiał wypełniający owinięty w materiał osłonowy, które to urządzenie formatowe zawiera: dolną część formatową; kanał formatowy uformowany w dolnej części formatowej; taśmę formatową przemieszczalną w kanale formatowym do transportowania materiału osłonowego wzdłuż kanału formatowego; górną część formatową zawierającą zawijaki do formowania materiału osłonowego wokół materiału wypełniającego; przy czym kanał formatowy zawiera: część wlotową do przekształcania taśmy formatowej z konfiguracji płaskiej w konfigurację U-kształtną; część U-kształtną do prowadzenia taśmy formatowej w konfiguracji U-kształtnej; oraz część wylotową do przekształcania taśmy formatowej z konfiguracji U-kształtnej w konfigurację płaską. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że: część U-kształtna (4) kanału formatowego (9) zawiera od strony części wlotowej pierwszy odcinek o pierwszej średnicy, a od strony części wylotowej drugi odcinek o drugiej średnicy mniejszej od pierwszej średnicy, przy czym pierwszy odcinek jest połączony z drugim odcinkiem, odcinkiem przejściowym o powierzchni o zmiennej średnicy.A formatting device for the tobacco industry machine for producing a continuous roller containing a filler material wrapped in a casing material, which formatting device includes: a bottom formatting part; a format channel formed in the bottom of the format; a format tape movable in a format channel for transporting casing material along a format channel; an upper format portion comprising rollers for forming a casing material around the filler material; wherein the format channel includes: an inlet portion for converting the format tape from a flat configuration to a U-shaped configuration; U-shaped part for guiding format tape in U-shaped configuration; and an outlet portion for converting the format tape from a U-shaped configuration to a flat configuration.
