Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu recyklingu opon, w którym opony umieszcza się w zbiorniku i podgrzewa, zaś powstający gaz odprowadza się do zbiornika gazowego. Istotą wynalazku jest to że recykling realizuje się w instalacji zawierającej trzy jednakowe zestawy: pierwszy zestaw (1), drugi zestaw (2), trzeci zestaw (3), przy czym każdy z zestawów umieszczony jest w oddzielnej zabudowie kontenerowej (4) i zawiera palenisko (5), w którym umieszcza się reaktor obrotowy z poddawanymi recyklingowi oponami, poziomą kolumnę rektyfikacyjną (6), wyposażoną w co najmniej trzy sekcje zbiornika frakcji i w zbiornik gazowy z filtrami (7).
