Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania implantów, który zawiera etap przygotowania surowca w postaci sproszkowanej oraz etap formowania z niego implantu poprzez prasowanie. W etapie przygotowania surowca jednocześnie kriogenicznie rozdrabnia się odcinki włókna naturalnego jedwabiu i miesza się je ze sproszkowanym syntetycznym nanometrycznym hydroksyapatytem. Udział hydroksyapatytu w sproszkowanym surowcu wynosi od 70% do 95% wagowo. Proszek kompozytowy będący surowcem do formowania implantu, zawiera hydroksyapatyt o rozmiarze cząstek nie większym niż 80 nm i stosunku molowym wapnia do fosforu z zakresu od 1,57 do 1,67. Kompozytowy implant kostny zawiera fibroinę oraz od 70% do 95% wagowo hydroksyapatytu o rozmiarze cząstek nie większym niż 80 nm i stosunku molowym wapnia do fosforu zakresu od 1,57 do 1,65. Moduł Younga materiału tego implantu mieści się w zakresie od 7,5 do 9,5 GPa, jego porowatość całkowita mieści się w zakresie od 10 do 20%. Wytrzymałość na zginanie takiego implantu wynosi co najmniej 30 MPa, a jego wytrzymałość na ściskanie wynosi co najmniej 100 MPa. Zgłoszenie to obejmuje też kompozytowy implant kostny oraz sproszkowany surowiec.
