Wynalazek dotyczy kosiarki rotacyjnej, zawieszanej w szczególności do ciągnika rolniczego, obejmującej belkę nośną (1), jednym końcem mocowaną do ciągnika oraz belkę wahliwą (2), połączoną do belki nośnej (1), na jej drugim końcu, poprzez oś wahliwą (3) usytuowaną w środku długości belki wahliwej (2), przy czym w belce wahliwej (2), przy jej przeciwległych końcach, zamocowane są oś pierwsza obrotowego talerza pierwszego (5 a) z ostrzami tnącymi pierwszymi (6a) i z kołem pasowym pierwszym (7a) oraz oś druga obrotowego talerza drugiego (5b) z ostrzami tnącymi drugimi (6b) i kołem pasowym drugim (7b) przekładni pasowej, zaś na napędzanej osi wahliwej (3) osadzone jest koło pasowe trzecie (8) przekładni pasowej.
