Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy kosiarki rotacyjnej z górnym napędem pasem kijowym dwustronnym przeznaczonej do koszenia traw z runi łąkowej i traw z przemiennych użytków zielonych. Kosiarka rotacyjna posiada ramę (1) z wysięgnikiem (2) połączonym przegubowo z wygiętą ramą główną (3), na której osadzona jest przekładnia zębata (13) oraz bębny z talerzami (6) zaopatrzonymi w noże (7). Wysięgnik (2) połączony jest przegubowo z wygiętą ramą główną (3) z wałami, na których ułożyskowane są dwa bębny. Bęben prawy osadzony jest na końcu wygiętej ramy głównej (3). Koło pasowe (10), które otrzymuje napęd z wałka przekaźnikowego mocy ciągnika (9) połączone jest paskami klinowymi (11) z kołem pasowym (12) zamocowanym na wale wejściowym przekładni zębatej (13). Koło pasowe (14) wału wyjściowego przekładni zębatej (13) jest połączone paskiem klinowym dwustronnego działania z kołem pasowym (17) osadzonym na bębnie lewym oraz z kołem pasowym (16) osadzonym na bębnie prawym, a także z kołem napinającym (18).The application concerns a rotary mower with an upper double-sided stick belt designed for mowing grass from meadow sward and grass from alternating grasslands. The rotary mower has a frame (1) with a boom (2) articulated with a bent main frame (3), on which a gear gear (13) and drums with discs (6) fitted with knives (7) are mounted. The boom (2) is articulated with the bent main frame (3) with shafts on which two drums are mounted. The right drum is mounted at the end of the bent main frame (3). The pulley (10), which receives drive from the tractor power shaft (9) is connected by V-belts (11) to the pulley (12) mounted on the input shaft of the gearing (13). The pulley (14) of the output shaft of the gearing (13) is connected by a double-acting V-belt with the pulley (17) mounted on the left drum and with the pulley (16) mounted on the right drum, as well as the tensioning wheel (18).
