Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat ziołowy przyspieszający gojenie uszkodzeń błony śluzowej jamy ustnej o działaniu przeciwzapalnym, przeciwbólowym i antyseptycznym, stosowany do wspomagania leczenia stanów związanych z uszkodzeniem błon śluzowych (stany zapalne jamy ustnej i dziąseł, afty, uszkodzenia wywołane noszeniem niedopasowanych protez, aparatów ortodontycznych). Preparat ziołowy przyspieszający gojenie uszkodzeń błon śluzowych, zawierający jako substancję czynną alkoholowy ekstrakt roślinny z miodownika melisowatego (Melittis melissophyllum), zawieszony w podłożu hydrożelowym lub glicerolu w ilości od 0,1 - 10% wag., charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera w ilości od 20 ÷ 99,7% wag. 20% wyciąg etanolowy z miodownika melisowatego (Melittis melissophyllum), środki przeciwbólowe w ilości od 0,1 ÷ 10% wag. i środki antyseptyczne w ilości od 0,1 ÷ 10% wag. Korzystnie, gdy jako podłoże zawiera hydroksymetylocelulozę lub karboksymetylocelulozę lub skondensowany kwas poliakrylowy. Korzystnie, gdy jako środek antyseptyczny zawiera 0,1% roztwór chlorheksydyny lub 3% roztwór kwasu borowego lub 3% roztwór H2O2. Korzystnie, gdy jako środek przeciwbólowy zawiera benzokainę lub lidokainę.The subject of the application is a herbal preparation accelerating the healing of oral mucosa damage with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiseptic properties, used to support the treatment of conditions associated with mucosal damage (inflammation of the mouth and gums, aphthas, damage caused by wearing mismatched prostheses, orthodontic appliances). Herbal preparation accelerating the healing of mucosal damage, containing as active substance an alcoholic plant extract of Melissa ginger (Melittis melissophyllum), suspended in a hydrogel or glycerol base in an amount of 0.1 - 10% by weight, characterized in that it contains from 20 ÷ 99.7% by weight 20% ethanol extract from Melissa ginger (Melittis melissophyllum), painkillers in an amount of 0.1 ÷ 10% by weight and antiseptics in an amount from 0.1 to 10 wt. Preferably, it contains hydroxymethylcellulose or carboxymethylcellulose or condensed polyacrylic acid as the support. Preferably, when it contains a 0.1% chlorhexidine solution or a 3% boric acid solution or a 3% H2O2 solution as an antiseptic. Preferably, it contains benzocaine or lidocaine as an analgesic.
