Sposób wytwarzania okien z wielokomorowych profili poddanych cięciu na pile (1), wykonaniu otworów na stanowisku centrum obróbczego (3) oraz połączeniu profili z wzmocnieniami stalowymi wyciętymi na pile (2), zgrzewaniu profili na zgrzewarce (4a), czyszczeniu na oczyszczarce (4b) i szkleniu na prasie (9) za pomocą przyciętych na wymiar listew przyszybowych na pile (8), charakteryzuje się tym, że wyselekcjonowane w produkcyjnym programie komputerowym skrzydła okien, zwłaszcza kolorowe o wymiarach powyżej 1500 mm po usunięciu wypływek powstałych po zgrzewaniu na poziomej zgrzewarce czterogłowicowej (4a) wygrzewa się w piecu (10) na kilkupoziomowym koszu jezdnym (10b) w temperaturze od 75° do 80°C w czasie od 15 do 30 minut.
