Abstract

The subject of the invention is the use of fly ashes obtained from combustion of only biomass in commercial power industry fluidized bed boilers, containing in mass%: 13 - 23 CaO, of which 5.7 - 16 are reactive CaO, 3.0 - 4.5 MgO, 3.3 - 4.3 P2O5, 8 - 13 K2O, 2 - 6% SO3 and not more than 0.25 nitrogen, for neutralization, including hygienization, stabilization and immobilization of heavy metals of sewage sludge containing pathogenic microorganisms such as pathogenic bacteria of the genus Salmonella as well as the eggs of the gastrointestinal parasites Ascaris sp., Trichuris sp., Toxocara sp. and heavy metals such as Cr, Cd, Ni, Pb and Hg. For 60-80% by mass of sewage sludge dewatered to a water content of 80-90%, ash is used in the amount of 20-40% by mass, and the resulting final product has fertilizing properties.
