Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są ko-kryształy 2-amino-5-nitropirydyny i barbitalu o dyfraktogramie rentgenowskim wykazującym obecność charakterystycznych odległości międzypłaszczyznowych wynoszących dla formy (I) dhkl 2.966X, 3.5823, 2.9972, 2.9302, 3.0772, 5.2652, 5.7601, 4.0461 oraz dla formy (II) dhkl 3.165X, 3.0506, 3.1173, 5.1172, 3.2742, 4.8192, 2.7672, 3.4612. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania ko-kryształów 2-amino-5-nitropirydyny i barbitalu.
