Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania 1,2-di-[2'-(4-izobutylofenylo)]propanoilo-sn-glicero-3-fosfocholiny o wzorze 3, gdzie kompleks sn-glicero-3-fosfocholiny z chlorkiem kadmu poddaje się estryfikacji ibuprofenem w bezwodnym chlorku metylenu lub chloroformie, w obecności 4-(N,N-dimetyloamino)pirydyny z udziałem N,N'-dicykloheksylokarbodiimidu jako odczynnika sprzęgającego, a reakcję prowadzi się w atmosferze N2 przez co najmniej 48 godzin."The subject of the application is a method for obtaining 1,2-di-[2'-(4-isobutylphenyl)]propanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine of formula 3, where the complex of sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine with cadmium chloride is esterified with ibuprofen in anhydrous methylene chloride or chloroform, in the presence of 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine with N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as a coupling reagent, and the reaction is carried out in an N2 atmosphere for at least 48 hours.
