Abstract

Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy sposobu do redukcji emisji tlenków azotu NOx w kotle z cyrkulującym złożem fluidalnym (kocioł CFB), który to kocioł CFB zawiera palenisko (1), przy czym palenisko zawiera dno i materiał fluidalnego złoża (2). Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje nadmuch powietrza w górnej części komory paleniskowej (technologia OFA) na wysokości powyżej nadmuchu wtórnego powietrza, w celu superstechiometrycznego spalania paliwa.The present invention relates to a method for reducing nitrogen oxides NOx emissions in a circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB boiler), which CFB boiler comprises a furnace (1), the furnace comprising a bottom and fluidized bed material (2). The method includes blowing primary air from below through the bottom and bed material to the furnace to fluidize the bed material and capture at least a portion of the bed material to circulate it in the furnace; blowing secondary air to the furnace at a height above the blowing of primary air for the purpose of substoichiometric combustion of fuel; and blowing fuel into the furnace at a height above the blowing of primary air to burn the fuel. The method is characterized in that it involves blowing air in the upper part of the furnace chamber (OFA technology) at a height above the blowing of the secondary air for superstoichiometric combustion of fuel.
