Abstract
Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy sposobu do redukcji emisji tlenków azotu NOx w kotle z cyrkulującym złożem fluidalnym (kocioł CFB), który to kocioł CFB zawiera palenisko (1), przy czym palenisko zawiera dno i materiał fluidalnego złoża (2). Sposób obejmuje nadmuch pierwotnego powietrza z dołu przez dno i materiał złoża do paleniska, w celu fluidyzacji materiału złoża i wychwytywania przynajmniej części materiału złoża, w celu cyrkulowania go w palenisku; nadmuch wtórnego powietrza do paleniska na wysokości powyżej nadmuchu pierwotnego powietrza, w celu substechiometrycznego spalania paliwa; i nadmuchu paliwa do paleniska na wysokości powyżej nadmuchu pierwotnego powietrza, w celu spalania paliwa. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje nadmuch powietrza w górnej części komory paleniskowej (technologia OFA) na wysokości powyżej nadmuchu wtórnego powietrza, w celu superstechiometrycznego spalania paliwa.
